1. Orders & Payments

• All our jewelry is made to order, requiring a 30% advance payment to confirm the order. The remaining amount must be paid once we share the final product images. Orders will not be shipped until full payment is received.

• For ready-to-ship pieces, a 30% booking amount is required, followed by a video call appointment to view the piece before making the final payment.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping charges within India are included in the product price.

• International shipping charges will be communicated via WhatsApp.

• Orders require 30-35 days for production (for made-to-order jewelry).

• Delivery timelines may vary due to weekends, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. No Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

• In case of a damaged or incorrect product, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear images.

• Damage claims require an uninterrupted parcel opening video showing the tracking slip and order details.

4. Customization & Modifications

• Custom orders cannot be modified once production has started.

• Minor modifications may be accommodated only if requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

5. Product Care & Warranty

• All jewelry pieces are crafted with precision. However, natural wear and tear, mishandling, or exposure to harsh chemicals are not covered under any warranty.

• Follow the provided care instructions to maintain the quality and longevity of your jewelry.

6. Privacy & Customer Information

• Personal details shared with us (such as contact number and address) are kept confidential and used only for order fulfillment and customer support.

7. Dispute Resolution

• In case of any disputes, we encourage customers to reach out to us for resolution. Silver Shines reserves the right to make the final decision on all claims.
