Payment & Order Processing
• For made-to-order jewelry, a 30% advance payment is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance must be paid once we share final product images. Orders will not be shipped until full payment is received.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
• For ready-to-ship pieces, you can pay 30% as a booking amount and schedule a video call appointment to view the piece. After this, the remaining payment must be made before dispatch.
Shipping & Delivery
• India: Shipping charges are included in the product price.
• International Orders: Shipping charges will be communicated via WhatsApp based on your provided contact details.
• All parcels are insured for safe and timely delivery.
• Delivery Time:
Minimum Delivery Time: 2 days
Maximum Delivery Time: 45 days (for custom made orders and to accommodate potential delays or unforeseen circumstances)

Damage Claims
• To claim damage, you must provide a parcel opening video from start to finish, without cuts or pauses. The video must clearly show the tracking slip, your name, and order details.
• Our team will assess the issue and provide the best possible resolution.
