Order Cancellations

• Once an order is placed, it moves into production shortly after. As a result, cancellations are not possible once production has begun.

• If you need any modifications, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order, and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in crafting and packaging your jewelry. However, if you receive:

• A damaged or defective product

• An item different from what you ordered

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with a parcel opening video without any cuts or pauses. The video should include tracking slip and receiver's details. Our team will review the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind or personal preference.

• Custom and personalized orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started.
